Sul Ross State University invites students, parents, alumni and friends to Homecoming 2019.

Festivities kick off Friday at 7:00 p.m. with a pep rally at the Pete P. Gallego Center followed by a welcome back party at 8:00 p.m. in the Historic President’s Home.

The Homecoming parade will step off at 10:00 a.m. and head east on Holland Avenue to Jackson Field. Parade entry forms are due Oct. 23 and can be found online at Former Sul Ross State University bull rider and Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Champion Richard “Tuff” Hedeman will serve as the Grand Marshall

Tailgating will begin at 3:30 p.m. on  Lobo Lane located behind the north stands of Jackson Field.

Sul Ross and Texas Lutheran football teams will then battle in a 6:00 p.m. American Southwest Conference football game.

Sul Ross President Bill Kibler will host a breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Sunday on the second floor of the Morgan University Center to close out Homecoming Weekend.
